Delta Hotels London Armouries

For our 7th year wedding anniversary my husband and I choose Delta to celebrate. Upon arrival we were upgradeda club room which meant we had access to the signature club lounge. This elevated our anniversary more allowing us to have a second place to relax and even enjoy a wonderful warm breakfast in the morning. All the employees we met were kind and helpful. We loved the element of surprise and being able to explore the hotel to find little ducks during their seasonal game. Overall it was a wonderful time spending 2 nights.

I have photographed many weddings at the Delta Armouries. Their beautiful suites really make for great getting ready photographs without feeling cramped. There are plenty of locations inside and outside that make for great photographs. The food at receptions is always delicious. I have also brought my family to Sunday brunch here and it was great for our 3yo, and 6yo. The staff are extremely helpful and I always look forward to photographing weddings there.

My family and I were at the Delta Armouries this past weekend (January 17, 2026). Upon returning to Markham, we realized that my daughter’s basketball bag had been left behind in our room. This was quite distressing as the bag contained everything, she needs for her games. Thankfully, I was able to contact Kathleen Harper, the housekeeping manager, and she was simply amazing. Her prompt response and exceptional customer service truly stood out. Kathleen assured me that she had found the bag and sent it to us immediately. I was absolutely delighted to receive the bag today, and I know my 11-year-old daughter will be over the moon when she sees it. A huge thank you to Kathleen for her dedication and remarkable support. Her efforts went above and beyond, and I am incredibly grateful for everything she did to reunite us with the bag. Thank you once again for your outstanding service, Kathleen!

Would like to send a big shout out to the staff at the Delta Armouries London, we stayed for three nights. We were initially greeted by a very friendly and helpful female supervisor sorry I did not catch your name at the front desk. Would also like to recognize Jay at front desk who gave us an upgrade on the room, and gave us lounge access. Acknowledgement of the beautiful clean room upon our arrival, thank you! A very special thank you to Sue when we attended breakfast in the lounge. She was very kind and treated us in a special way! She actually remembered us from our visit two years earlier. We stayed here for a hockey tournament. The rooms were spotless, I was actually shocked by the cleanliness. The staff were extremely friendly at check-in. The valet was also friendly, informative and prompt. The pool area and lounge was clean and well maintained. Hotel staff provided a recreation room for the team to gather as well as hockey nets in the gym area for practice. The hotel restaurant service was fast, reasonably prices and the food was great. There was also little pieces of interesting history throughout the building which we enjoyed. I will absolutely stay here again if I’m back in London.

I’ve stayed here a number of times when visiting family and it’s certainly the best place to stay in London. But I’m reviewing now because of a cancelled trip due to an ice storm. I cancelled the day of my reservation (December 26th, coming to town for a family Christmas) and was fully expecting to pay, but the team took care of it for me - well above my expectations. This type of service feels increasingly rare, but it makes me want to book with them again and again. Highly recommend.

My experience with the guest services team during February 13–15, 2026 was exceptional. Although I didn’t personally stay at the hotel, I was coordinating arrangements for a group traveling from Portugal to perform at a Valentine’s Day concert in London supporting a Portuguese singer. I wanted to surprise my girlfriend—who was working at the concert—with a Valentine’s gift delivered to her room after a long evening. Moe Asmar and the entire guest services team went far beyond what I expected. Moe was extremely communicative, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the entire process. He handled every detail smoothly and made sure everything was perfectly arranged. It meant a great deal to both of us. This level of care and professionalism is rare. If I ever visit London myself, this is absolutely where I’ll stay. I’m genuinely grateful for the effort and attention they put into making that moment special.

The hotel has beautiful facilities, and the rooms are elegant and spotless. I had an excellent experience with the staff — everyone was extremely friendly and attentive. I was especially satisfied with the valet parking service. The staff were friendly, efficient, and quick. I was particularly impressed by one valet attendant’s problem-solving skills and patience; if I remember correctly, his name was Diego. I would definitely stay here again.
